These natural differences are part of the charm of handmade work and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

Processing time for handmade items is typically 3–7 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number when available.

AIWO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unexpected circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
AIWO cannot replace orders lost after delivery is confirmed, but we will help you contact the carrier when possible.
